I am glad someone else talked about their slipsession. I have slips that I have been mending to keep them alive for nigh a decade. I still have a slip that is so old I wore it to the taping of Hole Unplugged. Back then I considered it as feasible outerwear, but you can do that when you are 18, because that is what being 18 is about. It was also the nineties, being young and showcasing your bellybutton was a thing for like 4 whole years. Oh, the olden days! I’m not nostalgic for them! I don’t even have a bellybutton anymore because I am that pregnant, and if I wore a half shirt you would see little tiny feet sticking out of my side—which I suppose is all the more reason for me to embrace a 1994 Gwen Stefani look for the final trimester of my pregnancy.
Literally the Best Thing Ever: Slips
Reblogging for Jessica’s commentary, which is the best.
