Um yeah, they deserve to celebrate. jeffcagle: The Canadians apologized for this?! Sitting at center ice drinking beer and champagne with a stogie is considered a “wild” and “raucous” celebration? Grow the fuck up, IOC. At least they kept their shirts on.
